The Routes Expo job fairs, being held April 7 and 8, welcomes job seekers to connect, meet with, and attend presentations by employers, universities and colleges, government agencies, immigration experts, and settlement services.
TORONTO, March 31, 2021 /CNW/ – In response to COVID19 restrictions, Newcomers Canada has put their in-person events on hold and adapted, announcing they will instead offer the Routes Expo job fairs virtually in Eastern Canada April 7, and in Western Canada April 8, 2021. The Routes Expo job fairs are open to all job seekers, and offers additional specific content for newly arrived and already settled foreign professionals to connect with employers, universities and colleges, government agencies, immigration experts, and settlement services.
“For more than a year employers and job seekers have been navigating the turbulent and frustrating waters of the pandemic. Newcomers Canada is excited to adapt, for the first time ever, providing an opportunity for everyone to join the job expo from the comfort and safety of their own homes,” said Erin Flynn, Newcomers Canada. Adding “There are thousands of quality positions for job seekers of all experience levels available at this event.”
At the Routes Expo job fair, event attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with employers, the ability to engage with speakers in live Q&A sessions, and to visit virtual vendor booths.
